JBH Solutions LLC provides health and wellness coaching services, including personalized nutrition, training, and lifestyle guidance. Our services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any diet, exercise, or wellness program.

Nothing on this website or provided through our coaching services should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not licensed medical professionals. Use of our services is at your own risk.

Payment & No Refund Policy

All sales are final. By completing a purchase through holistichev.com or any associated payment link, you agree that all payments made to JBH Solutions LLC are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to all products and services offered by JBH Solutions LLC, including but not limited to 1:1 coaching programs, personalized training and nutrition plans, digital products, and any one-time purchases.

Services are considered fully rendered upon enrollment, delivery of program materials, or access to coaching resources — whichever occurs first. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and authorize the stated charge. You expressly agree not to dispute, chargeback, or attempt to reverse any payment made to JBH Solutions LLC with your bank, credit card company, or any third-party payment processor. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of this agreement and JBH Solutions LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of all disputed amounts plus any associated fees.

15 lb & 20% Visceral Fat Guarantee (Premium Tier Only)

This guarantee is available only to clients enrolled in the Premium coaching tier. It does not apply to the Self-Guided tier, the Minimum tier, or any other product or service. This guarantee is the sole exception to the No Refund Policy stated above; all other purchases, tiers, and services remain non-refundable under all circumstances.

Who this guarantee is for. Our 15 lb and 20% visceral fat reduction guarantee is designed for individuals clinically classified as overweight or carrying significant excess fat mass. To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, the client must be documented, at the time of enrollment, as at least 20 lbs over their ideal medical weight baseline and/or at 25% or more body fat percentage. Clients who do not meet this starting threshold may enroll in the Premium tier but are not covered by this guarantee.

How it works. Premium clients receive a DEXA scan at the start of their program and a second DEXA scan at the 90-day mark, both provided at no additional cost. If, between the two scans, the client has not lost at least 15 lbs of body weight and has not reduced their visceral fat by at least 20%, the client is eligible for a full refund of the program fee, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility conditions. To qualify for this guarantee, the client must, for the full 90-day period:

• Follow all guidelines, protocols, and instructions set out in the personalized coaching agreement provided to the client by JBH Solutions LLC at the start of the program
• Follow the personalized nutrition plan as written and provided
• Complete all prescribed workouts, with proof of completion submitted as required (photo, video, or in-app tracking)
• Attend all scheduled check-ins with their coach
• Complete both DEXA scans under matching conditions (fasted state, morning, consistent with instructions provided at intake)

Failure to meet any of the above conditions voids eligibility for this guarantee. JBH Solutions LLC reserves sole discretion to determine whether the above conditions have been met, based on program records, submitted proof, check-in attendance, and the client's compliance with the personalized coaching agreement.

This guarantee applies solely to the visceral fat measurement obtained via DEXA scan and does not constitute a guarantee of any other health outcome, medical result, or diagnosis.

SMS Messaging

JBH Solutions LLC offers SMS messaging to users who have opted in to receive communications from us. By opting in, you agree to receive automated text messages from JBH Solutions LLC related to coaching services, appointments, and promotions. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply.

JBH Solutions LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery of text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

All content on holistichev.com, including text, images, videos, protocols, and materials, is the property of JBH Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with the operation of our website.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JBH Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to injury, loss of income, or health outcomes. In no event shall JBH Solutions LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single arbitrator with venue in San Diego, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action. The sole remedy available is limited to a refund of the program fee unless otherwise required by law. No consequential or punitive damages may be awarded.

Modifications
